About Me
My work is guided by a clear purpose: to support individuals, parents, teens, and families in navigating high-conflict relationships, separation, trauma, and emotional overwhelm with steadiness, compassion, and practical support.
With over 25 years of experience, my approach is grounded in Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), attachment science, and trauma-informed care. I focus on helping people make sense of their emotional experiences, strengthen relationships, and develop tools that create meaningful, lasting change.
I believe that when people feel emotionally safe, understood, and supported, they are better able to navigate even the most challenging situations with clarity and confidence.
I have a particular interest in supporting families navigating high-conflict dynamics and separation, where clarity, structure, and emotional support are essential.
In addition to my clinical work, I am a mom to an amazing 6-year-old. This role continues to deepen my understanding of the realities families face and the importance of practical, compassionate support.
I value time outdoors and exploring British Columbia, where nature, movement, and connection help keep me grounded — both personally and professionally.

Emotional or behavioural concerns in children

Communication breakdowns
Together, we focus on reducing conflict, strengthening connection, and supporting children in a way that feels practical and sustainable.

We focus on:

Understanding emotional behaviour

Reducing power struggles

High Conflict Parenting and Co Parenting Support
I provide structured support for complex family dynamics, specializing in high-conflict relationships, separation, and co-parenting challenges.
When communication breaks down and conflict escalates, it can be hard to stay focused on what matters most. My role is to bring clarity, reduce reactivity, and support more effective, child-focused decision-making.
This work may include:
-
High-conflict co-parenting support
-
Communication and boundary setting
-
Reducing reactivity and escalation
-
Child-focused decision-making
-
Navigating differing parenting approaches
-
Emotional support for parents in conflict
My approach focuses on helping parents stay regulated, respond rather than react, and keep their child’s emotional well-being at the center—while building consistency and stability over time.
I integrate Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) principles alongside practical structure to support both emotional understanding and real-world application.
This is for:
-
Parents navigating separation or divorce
-
High-conflict co-parenting situations
-
Ongoing parenting disagreements
-
